This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office- West (MRCO-W) in Fort Bliss, Texas is requesting information and conducting market research to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the technical capabilities and meet the technical requirements to provide the Brand Name or Equal rental of 'Envella' specialty hospital beds at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC). As part of its market research, MRCO-W is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as part of market research to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified AND interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of MRCO-W market research. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are not quotes on which the MRCO-W can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a RFP or RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract vehicle based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought Notice will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. MRCO-W will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Interested sources registered under the required NAICS code 532490 shall provide a response detailing their capability to provide the rental of brand name or equal Envella specialty hospital beds at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX. Additionally, please provide the following information: 1) Coversheet with Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and business size, SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier number, type of ownership for the organization, business size under designated NAICS code 532490 .Provide a response if the requirement can be met through a contract vehicle the source already has (i.e GSA schedule number if applicable if all items are on schedule); and 2) Submit a Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational capability, if applicable, provide copy of sole proprietor letter or reseller authorization, GSA schedule number, etc. that can MEET ALL the requirements .
