This presolicitation notice is posted for Newborn Genetic Testing Services, in support of William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas. A request for quote will be provided under solicitation number W81K00-24-Q-0143. The United States Government requires newborn genetic testing to be conducted off-site, on an as-needed basis, after collection of a specimen by the Government. A company awarded a contract in response to the subject solicitation must comply with all FDA, state, local, and DoD requirements, as applicable. The tests included in this requirement consist of the following: (a) G6PD (b) Biotinidase deficiency (c) Galactosemia (d) Cysitc Fibrosis (e) Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (f) Hemoglobinophaties (g) SCID (h) Amino Fatty and Organic Disorders (i) Congenital Hypothyroidism (j) X-ALD (k) SMA (l) MPS-I (m) Pompe It is anticipated that the Government will issue a single award consisting of a one-year base period, and four, one-year, option periods. This solicitation will not be set-aside for small business, but will be issued as full and open competition.
