THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A Sources Sought notice is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to provide non-personal services to place extended Dwell Peripheral Catheters including Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC) on an as needed basis, approximately 70 visits annually for Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, Colorado. The contemplated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Refer to the following requirements: -Contractor service provider will remain employees of the contractor. -Services availability 24/7, 365, with arrival within 4-hour response time as needed (Evans Army Community Hospital is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. -Services provided by a RN with 1 year experience in PICC line insertions. -Able to provide training to staff on PICC line insertion/care. -Current CPR certifications. Upon review of industry responses to this Sources Sought, the Government will determine the solicitation strategy. The Government intends to solicit and award a contract for EACH starting in FY23. The proposed NAICS Code is 621498 – All Other Outpatient Care Centers. A response to this Sources Sought notice will not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time. Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W) is seeking eligible businesses capable of providing non-personal services for PICC Line Services on an as needed basis, within 4 hour response time to EACH. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities statement. This document shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1) Written narrative of Contractor’s capability to provide non-personal services for PICC Line Services; 2) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and applicable business size; 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business or large business; and 3) SAM UID Number 4) Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers. Responses must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time on Monday, 22 May 2023 to brenda.m.ferjak.civ@health.mil and emerita.torres.civ@health.mil. The Government WILL NOT provide a debrief on the results of the survey and will not reimburse for any cost associated with preparing a response. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.
