The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Ft. Carson Health Contracting Cell, Fort Carson, CO is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH). This sources sought is issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Mobile Prostate MRI Fusion System and Technician Services. The following are required: System must have the ability to view in a combination of MRI and real-time ultrasound images. System must be able to perform transrectal and transperineal biopsy procedures. The equipment must me mobile to be able to move freely in the OR suites. Dimensions need to be no greater than 24.5D X 35.5W X 70.5H inches. Must be able to automatically transfer the relevant prostate images and lesion location data over to the mobile system. Ability to perform freehand technique that would provide a complete range of motion and unrestricted access to difficult locations within the patient’s gland. Vendor must supply the probes needed for the procedures. Vendor must be able to provide a highly trained technician to assist in surgical cases. Vendor must be able to deliver equipment to the military facility within 24 hours of notification. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
