Carson Health Contracting Cell, Fort Carson, CO is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH). This sources sought is issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for cloud-based artificial intelligence digital learning platform in support of EACH COVID-19 medical readiness. In order to maintain COVID-19 medical readiness training in preparation for increased patient numbers and acuity, it is necessary to utilize a mobile, cloud-based learning application. The platform will house the military treatment facility’s Critical Care Fundamentals Course and other COVID-19 mission related training. Provides progress and retention analytics in conjunction with online learning curriculum for the Critical Care Fundamentals Course. Uses iOS and Android mobile apps for learners to study anywhere/anytime. Protects Government sensitive data by hosting courses containing Controlled Unclassified Information in a DFARS 252.204-7012 compliant cloud. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611710, Education Support Services. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
