Introduction: This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN). This is not a solicitation or a request for proposals (RFP). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue solicitation in the future. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing a software license, maintenance, and technical support services for an "OB/GYN comprehensive patient and exam data, results and images-all in one view" application service to support the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), Information Management Division. 2. Description of Services: MRCO-EUR is seeking information from qualified businesses capable of providing providing a software license, maintenance, and technical support services, including but not limited to: Please see attached draft PWS. The PWS is for information purposes only and is subject to change based on market research and Government needs. 3. Required Capabilities and Qualifications: See attached Performance Work Statement 4. Please limit your response to no more than 5 pages. All information submitted must be in English. 6.
