This Sources Sought, not a solicitation, seeks non-personal services to maintain, inspect, provide help-desk support, perform unscheduled/emergency repairs, and potentially install upgrades for one Government-owned Guardite Co. Model 20M331 Hypobaric Chamber at the Department of Aviation Medicine, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Planned maintenance includes on-site inspections of pumps, batteries, chamber structure, seals, leak checks, sensors, communications, O2 regulators, student stations, and rapid decompression systems, plus documentation review, minor no-materials repairs using Government spares, and post-inspection repair recommendations. Emergency support may include remote troubleshooting, fault isolation, travel, repair labor, and CAT 1/2/3 replacement parts. The anticipated period of performance is a base year plus four option years, with an option to extend up to six months under FAR 52.217-8, and performance is estimated to begin 01 March 2027. Interested parties should submit a tailored capability statement of no more than 10 pages addressing relevant certifications and experience maintaining hypobaric/hyperbaric or altitude physiology systems, including capacity for inspections, emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, help-desk support, and upgrades.
