The requirement is for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to support Emergency Medical Services (EMS) protocols at Utah Occupational Health Clinics in Tooele Army Depot and Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. The base performance period begins on or about 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2027, with four one-year option periods. Services include annual evaluations, quarterly reviews, monthly analyses, and random audits of EMS documentation. Interested parties must submit a written Statement of Capability by 12 May 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.
