Sources Sought This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought notice for the Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West The following information is provided to assist Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Fort Bliss Cell, to identify potential business contractors to provide Surface Sampling Test. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services. The Small Business size standard is $19M. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. This notice is for the purpose of identifying potential sources and does not commit the government to make an award and/or issue a solicitation. Interested and qualified firms shall submit the following information: company name, address, telephone number, contact point and CAGE/DUNS number of your firm. Include your socioeconomic category for purposes of determining an acquisition strategy. **LOCATION: * William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas* Requirement: Contractor shall provide 10 months of surface sampling tests. The test includes 16 bacterial and 16 fungal for a total of 32 monthly samples/tests. These tests are for fungal and bacterial growth within Inpatient, Oncology and Nuclear Pharmacies located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center Interested Offeror shall respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than 19 July 2023 at 10:00 AM CST. All interested businesses must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
