Sources Sought This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought notice for the Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West. The following information is provided to assist Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado, to identify potential business contractors to provide FSE On-site Preventative Maintenance for the Cepheid GeneXpert Analyzer. On-site services will include replacement of work module injectors, moving part lubrication, Fan Filter replacements, Module Optics cleaning, Automation battery replacement (if necessary) and telephone Tech Support. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business size standard is $22M. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. This notice is for the purpose of identifying potential sources and does not commit the government to make an award and/or issue a solicitation. Interested and qualified firms shall submit the following information: company name, address, telephone number, contact point and CAGE/DUNS number of your firm. Include your socioeconomic category for purposes of determining an acquisition strategy. Interested and qualified firms must submit their current Cepheid Partnership agreement authorizing services to be performed. Firms that claim to be capable but fail to provide the current Cepheid Partnership agreement will not be considered as part of the determination. **LOCATION: * Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado* Equipment Covered: Cepheid GeneXpert Analyzer Model: GeneXpert Analyzer, Laboratory, Molecular Serial No: 842186 Service Type: full service, on-site maintenance Requirement: The contractor shall provide their Maintenance Service Contract to include all resources, labor, travel, transportation, parts, materials, equipment, and management necessary to keep the medical equipment in good operating condition and to perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the equipment listed in above. This non-personal services maintenance contract shall cover the repair, PM, calibration, loaners and exchange services according to the Manufacturer’s specifications for the equipment listed above.
