Bliss Health Contracting Cell, Fort Bliss, TX is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC). This sources sought is issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest and has the resources to support this requirement for Cryoablation System for Percutaneous Tumor Ablation. Salient Characteristics: Industry leading standard for rapid, consistent, accurate, predictable ablation zones Portable with own, detachable, transportation platform Compact system design Rugged construction for durability of storage and transport 1 year warranty with service contract available for purchase Touch-screen user interface similar to smart-phone technology Argon only gas with helium free thawing and tract ablation/cautery Up to 4 independent channels (can perform 4 different ablations simultaneously) Needles with 2+ multipoint thermal sensors 14-17 gauge needle shaft diameter Easy maneuverability and set-up for use in Radiology, IR, and/or the OR Two manuals (operator and service) In Accordance With (IAW) The Joint Commission (TJC)Hospital of Care (HAP) Environmental of Care chapter: EC.01.01.01 EP3i. Must provide a Manufacturer Disclosure Statement for Medical Device Security(MDS2) Training: 1. Training for William Beaumont nursing/technical staff not to exceed 50 personnel 2. Training for two William Beaumont clinical engineers Installation: 1. Vendor installs to include uncrating, inside delivery to clinic, set up and certifying equipment removal/disposal of all packaging material. NOTE: * NO Grayed or refurbished items. * NO partial orders allowed. Vendor is responsible for shipping to delivery address listed in contract. * Loading dock is available at location.
