Sources Sought Augmented Lab Services – Public Health Command RHCO-E Landstuhl, Germany This is a Sources Sought Notice Only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)10.001(a)(3)(i), in order to determine if sources exists capable of satisfying the agency need, the Government will consider all responses to this sources sought notice. This notice does not restrict the Government’s acquisition approach on a future Solicitation. OBJECTIVE: This Sources Sought notice is being issued to identify potential sources capable of providing qualified personnel to support augmented lab services to Public Health Command-Europe (PHC-E) in Landstuhl, Germany. Under this requirement, the contractor shall provide two (2) Microbiological Analysts, two (2) Chemical Analysts, one (1) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Administrator, one (1) Industrial Hygienist, and/or one (1) additional lab position similar to the positions specified. Interested sources should be capable of vetting and providing qualified individuals. This requirement will be for non-personal services and no logistical support will be provided. CONTRACT TYPE: The anticipated contract type is firm-fixed price and the period of performance would be for a one-year base period and four (4) additional one-year options. CAPABILITIES SOUGHT: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals with a business size standard of $41.5M. The Product Service Codes (PSC) is Q702. INDUSTRY RESPONSE: Industry Response Request for Market Research: This is not a solicitation, and will not result in a contract award. No proposals are requested at this time. This is a sources sought for Industry interest to establish Market Research for acquisition planning purposes only. The Government desires that respondents offer their experience and recommendations on the following questions and issues related to the procurement of commercial personal and non-personal health care worker services in support of MEDCOM Europe. Does your company have standard commercial rates utilized for non-personal health care workers for the types services described in the OBJECTIVE above? If not, are you aware of other companies that have commercial rates for these types of services? If so, please explain. Do you have past performance, within the past 3 years, for similar services in the OBJECTIVE? If so, please provide the following information for each relevant contract: (1) name of your customer; (2) contract number; (3) contract start date; (4) contract length; (5) total dollar value for all periods; and (6) place of performance; (7) type of labor categories; and (8) a brief description of services. What is your company’s average revenue for the past 3 years? Discuss any concerns, comments or recommendations you may have with the contents of this sources sought notification. Request for Capability Statement: Respondents to this notice are requested to describe their interest and ability/capability to perform the services in accordance with the contents of this notice by submitting a capability statement.
