Carson Health Contracting Cell, Fort Carson, CO. is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC). This sources sought is issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in the resources to support this requirement. The following products/services are required: Blood donner testing in accordance with (IAW) the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for the manufacturing of transfusable blood products. Testing at 1:256 point dilution (upon request). Courier service for daily delivery, to include quarterly TDY blood drives, as well as shipping supplies. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621511, Medical Laboratories. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide/perform these contract supplies/services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements shall address the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational capability. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to 1) provide supplies consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; and 2) provide supplies under a performance based supplies acquisition contract.
