Source Sought Notification The following information is provided to assist with the Warfighter Refractive Eye Surgery Clinic, William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso, TX to identify potential business contractors to provide non-personal maintenance services for Government-owned AMO sales and Services, Inc. AMO-Abbot Eye-Intra Laser system equipment. Maintenance shall include all labor, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, parts, software and equipment to perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and any other repairs, to include unlimited telephonic assistance and unlimited onsite maintenance repairs. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business size standard is $22M. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. This notice is for the purpose of identifying potential sources and does not commit the government to make an award and/or issue a solicitation. Interested and qualified firms shall submit the following information: company name, address, telephone number, contact point and CAGE/DUNS number of your firm. Include your socioeconomic category for purposes of determining an acquisition strategy. Interested and qualified firms must submit their current AMO sales and Services, Inc. “J&J Vision” Partnership agreement authorizing services to be performed. Coverage includes all parts, (Contractor shall use only new or OEM refurbished repair parts, cover all labor and travel charges, all manufacturer software updates available during term of coverage, unlimited telephonic diagnostic and repair support, and priority customer response.
