The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is conducting a Sources Sought/market research notice to identify qualified real estate appraisal firms for a potential Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA would provide residential and/or non-residential appraisals on an as-needed basis within Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia. The anticipated BPA Master Agreement length is five years. The principal appraiser must hold an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License in the state where the subject property is located, be geographically competent, and have documented UASFLA/Yellow Book experience. This is not a solicitation, no solicitation currently exists, and responses will be used for acquisition planning and to help determine the appropriate set-aside.
