The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is gauging interest and capabilities for groundskeeping and grounds maintenance at the St. Marys Falls Canal facilities in Sault Ste. Marie, MI and the Rock Cut area in Barbeau, MI. Work may include mowing, edging, trimming, blowing walkways/parking lots, fertilizing, broadleaf weed and grub control, spring/fall cleanup, raking, vegetation control, pruning shrubs, flower bed maintenance, debris and leaf removal, mulched bed maintenance, and policing for trash/debris. The requirement may be set aside for small businesses in full or in part or procured through full and open competition, with all small business categories considered; NAICS 561730 and PSC S208 apply.
