Requirement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District, anticipates a requirement for firm fixed-price construction contracts for six separate Maintenance Dredging projects as described in the table below. Please indicate which of the below requirements you anticipate submitting bids. Listed below is the Project Location, Description of Work, Estimated Magnitude, and Anticipated Period of Listed Performance: Duluth, Superior Harbor, MN/WI, Maintenance Dredging with in-water placement, $1,000,000 - $5,000,000, Aug – Nov 2021 Detroit River, MI. Maintenance Dredging with CDF Placement, $1,000,000 - $5,000,000, Jun – Sep 2021 Saginaw River, MI. Maintenance Dredging with CDF/DMDF Placement, $1,000,000 - $5,000,000, Jul – Dec 2021 Rouge River, MI. Maintenance Dredging with CDF Placement, $500,000 - $1,000,000, Jul – Nov 2021 *Please note that these descriptions are subject to change. The anticipated NAICS code for all actions is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities with a size standard of $30 million. Survey The Government is issuing this notice to determine a competitive basis. This is not a solicitation and the items listed herein are subject to change or be eliminated from the requirement.
