Engineering services may include but are not limited to a variety of services for studies, design, memoranda, reports, estimates, development of design criteria, and products relating to water resources engineering. Activities could include the development of hydrologic models using the Hydrologic Engineering Center’s Hydrologic Modeling System (HEC-HMS), the development of hydraulic models using the Hydrologic Engineering Center's River Analysis System (HEC-RAS), the development of real-time flood forecast modeling with the Hydrologic Engineering Center's Real Time Simulation (HEC-RTS), flow frequency statistical analysis, storm water analysis and design, water availability analysis, or comprehensive planning studies including environmental and economic analysis to support flood risk management projects. With this work there may also be the need for specialized scripting or coding to support engineering efforts and outputs from the H&H models. The contract will provide for professional engineering services, supporting staff, and all required equipment to perform these tasks. Other associated professional disciplines may be utilized in the accomplishment of this work. Services will be specifically scoped in detail by each call order.
