This is a Request for Quote for a firm-fixed-price order to renew Siemens Simcenter STAR-CCM+ brand-name software licenses, procured through the mandatory Army CHESS system. Only the specified brand is acceptable, with no substitutions, and quotes must include all items in the RFQ specifications to be considered.
