REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/MARKET SURVEY REQUEST NMUSA Facilities, Roads, and Grounds Support Services
The National Museum of the United States Army and Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal are conducting a market survey/RFI to identify businesses capable of providing advanced, technology-driven operations and maintenance services for the NMUSA campus at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The contemplated firm-fixed-price service contract would shift maintenance from traditional reactive models to outcome-based O&M across facilities, roads, grounds, and exterior infrastructure, emphasizing resilience, security, and environmental stability. Key focus areas include preservation-grade climate control and predictive HVAC analytics, automated grounds/irrigation/pavement and snow/ice management, smart building/work-order and digital asset systems, and specialized architectural preservation such as stainless-steel facade maintenance. Interested vendors are invited to submit company identification, up to three recent relevant O&M contract examples, and descriptions of their innovative technology, automation, and management approaches for these areas. This RFI is for planning purposes only, does not constitute a solicitation or contract commitment, and the government will not reimburse response costs.
