The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal is issuing a sources sought notice for market research to assess interest and capabilities for production of a specified item, open to both small and large businesses. Responses will inform potential acquisition strategy, though this is for planning purposes only. A Technical Data Package (TDP) is associated with this effort, but access is restricted to U.S. DoD contractors with a current DD 2345 certification and active Joint Certification Program registration. To obtain access, vendors must request the TDP through SAM.gov after verifying their certification. If awarded access, all recipients must destroy the TDP and any copies after use, following specified destruction methods.
