The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and non-personal services necessary to execute the Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) Advanced Training Courses as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall teach students to understand the digital landscape, procurement of tech, use of virtual machines, security of mobile devices, use of tech when traveling, and operational planning to incorporate technology. Participants are exposed to the theories and advanced processes associated with secure commercial communications and will gain an understanding of the methods required to procure, install, and operate commercial communications systems effectively and securely to protect their identity, location, and content.
