Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified Contractors in providing repair of components and their subassemblies of AN/PSQ-23, Small Tactical Optical Rifle Mounted (STORM) Illuminator, Integrated, Small Arms. NSN 5855-01-535-1905 (Black), NSN 5855-01-577-5946 (Tan), NSN 5855-01-600-0486, and NSN 5855-01-646-5962. The Army does not possess a complete technical data package of these items. Suppliers capable of repair and maintenance of the items to serviceable condition must indicate so in response, by email, to Nicholas Lang, nicholas.a.lang.civ@mail.mil . The purpose of this market survey is to aid in the development of an acquisition strategy, identify the best of potential offerors, and gather information for planning purposes about capabilities of each industry source as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e). The input will help ACC-DTA ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors. The market survey does not constitutes a solicitation and shall not be construed as commitment by the Government. No telephone responses will be accepted.
