This sources sought is for Wind River Software Services specifications listed below: • TASK 1, Off-site VxWorks 6.9 Consulting services defined as: • 40 labor hours of offsite support for a VxWorks 6.9 engineer. • Minimum per incident time of 4 hours. • Customer should plan for a minimum one (1) week lead time per incident. . Consulting activities include the below and support the VxWorks Operating System (OS). Project design discussions/Solution Assessments with the Customer Debug assistance and bug fixing Coaching with performance enhancements/code optimization Assistance with developing drivers and Board Support Packages (BSP)s Assistance in porting BSPs Consulting requires the use of an Line Item Quote (LIQ), SFS or exhibit to a Services Agreement defining what is to be delivered and when.
