Red River Army Depot (RRAD) has a requirement to supply a 1,367 ea. CTIS, High Pressure, Valve Assembly, in accordance with the supplied TACOM technical data package (TDP) to be available to release at the time of solicitation posting. The TDP will become available ONLY to authorized contractors that are registered with the Joint Certification Program (JCP) and System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The CTIS, High Pressure Valve Assemblies are in support of rebuilding Husky, Wheel, Pneumatic Tire; NSN 2530-01-680-8940. The Valve Assembly consists of 12 items ranging from fittings, hoses, and a valve. NOTE: The TDP contains technical data whose export is restricted by the arms export control act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, ET. SEQ.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50, U.S.C., App. 2401, ET. SEQ. If the prospective contractor is interested in reviewing the TDP when solicitation is released to prepare request for quote, THEY MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE JCP. It is in the best interest of all contractors interested in working with the Government that may consist of ANY TDP to be registered in the JCP program. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data package (TDP) prior to request for TDP. TDP will be located via beta.SAM.gov.(https://beta.sam.gov/). To register, or to re-register for the JCP, please select the DD Form 2345 link (https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/forms/dd/dd2345.pdf) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP.
