Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a modification to Moog, Inc. (CAGE code 99932) to modify 37 slip rings with part number CX7176 to the new design with part number CX7479 for the Family of Light Armored Vehicles (FoLAV) contract W56HZV-20-C-0121. For the proposed contract action, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, for consideration by ACC-DTA.
