This is a non-personal services contract to provide graphics and briefing presentation and materiel capability requirements support services for U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQ), G-3/5. These services will meet INSCOM G3/5’s requirement for the capability to interpret, document, and present Army Intelligence concepts and innovations for senior Army Intelligence leader review as well as the processing of INSCOM materiel capability requirements to support Enterprise requirements. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
