The Army Contracting Command – Intelligence and Security Command (ACC-INSCOM) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research and to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support an upcoming requirement for the G2 INSCOM to provide Sustainment and Development Support of the Department of Army’s Army Counterintelligence Operations Portal (ACOP), Counterintelligence Threat Management (CITM), and NATO Counterintelligence Reporting Portal (NCIRP).
