DHA intends to award this requirement as a sole-source contract to Lonestar Forklift 2017 USA Inc. (CAGE: 87U71). The work includes quarterly preventive maintenance and repair support in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, with repair requests responded to within 24 hours and maintenance performed per OEM guidance. The period of performance consists of one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods.
