The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division, Southeast intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to Cepheid for OEM-certified full-service preventative and corrective maintenance on the GeneXpert IV System, serial #836195. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts, software updates at no additional cost during annual PM, unlimited telephone/secure remote technical support Monday–Friday 0730–1630, and on-site OEM-certified field service engineer response within two business days if remote resolution fails. The period of performance is a base year from 10 January 2027 through 9 January 2028, four one-year option years, and Option Period 5 ending 10 July 2032. Performance is at the 628th Medical Group Laboratory, Floor 1, Room 1005, 204 West Hill Blvd., Joint Base Lindsey Graham, South Carolina 29404. If the system cannot be repaired on-site, the contractor must provide an equivalent or superior loaner or permanent replacement at no cost and update all service and contract records.
