This is a recurring requirement for an annual Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) subscription providing web-based access to a searchable, single source library of downloadable digital content including editable graphics, photography, videos, and music that WRAIR can utilize royalty-free in the development of marketing products. Access shall allow up to 10 users to download approximately 1,000 content items annually. The web portal shall allow for viewing of saved searches and provide customer support on an as needed basis.
