The objective of this requirement is for the Contractor to provide semi-annual maintenance services, optional equipment software training, and optional application support for three existing Hamilton Robotics Automatic Liquid Handler Systems owned by the MRSN. The semi-annual maintenance services will include two visits per year by the Contractor to perform preventative maintenance. Additionally, equipment software training and application support will be provided on an optional basis for up to two end users of the equipment. These services will allow the Government-owned equipment to be used to continue supporting the MRSN’s mission to catalog and test multi-drug-resistant organisms for antibiotic resistance patterns and ascertain as much related information, such as mechanisms of resistance and types of carried resistances genes, as possible.
