SEE ATTACHED RFI Research and development support a requirement to develop intervention software on the Qualtrics platform that shall evaluate the effectiveness of a military-specific personalized normative feedback intervention to not only reduce problematic alcohol use but also reduce problematic behaviors associated with alcohol use (e.g., domestic violence, depression, and suicide).
