This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for market research information and planning purposes only, and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of WRAIR, CIDR, VDB, or the Defense Health Agency (DHA) US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA). This non-commercial R&D requirement is expected to be a two-year study with a straight two-year Period of Performance (PoP) beginning September 30, 2025, and ending September 29, 2027. The work to be performed under this contract shall be performed off-site at Contractor facilities that may be located anywhere in the Continental United States (CONUS).
