The Regional Health Contracting Office Central (RHCO-C), on behalf of Division Of Veterinary Sciences (DVS), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX, is conducting a Source Sought to determine interest for non-personal services contract to provide Veterinary Support To Stability Operations (VSSO) Course. The Veterinary Support To Stability Operations (VSSO) Course will provide education and training support services for various uniformed service veterinary personnel in accordance with performance work statement. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 611430 is $12 million. Interested and qualified vendors shall submit product literature, and all pertinent information listed below, including company name, address, telephone number, contact point and DUNS number of your company. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Contractors that can provide RHCO-C with the required training are invited to electronically submit an affirmative, written response indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirements listed in the performance work statement. Responses should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), Cage Code, your Data Universal qualifications, and any applicable technical data. All responses should include a point of contact, telephone number, and electronic mail address. Additionally, respondents should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone, service disabled veteran-owned small business, or qualify as socially or economically disadvantaged and whether they are U.S. or foreign-owned. All responsible sources may respond to this sources sought and all responses will be considered by the agency.
