The Government requires minor construction and facility restoration services at Building 4401, Aberdeen Proving Ground. Work includes demolition of existing tile and concrete, wet-saw cutting of 205 linear feet of concrete, and trench excavation to replace a failing cast iron main drain line and branch lines with Schedule 40 PVC. Architectural restoration will involve repouring the concrete subfloor, applying floor leveling thinset, and installing approximately 2,000 square feet of patterned ceramic tile. The period of performance is 10 weeks (70 calendar days).
