The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) requests a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order for the procurement of the brand name, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Jira Service Management software subscription. Jira Service Management subscription will support the DeCA’s enterprise-wide IT operations, service delivery, hardware/software support functions, and cybersecurity requirements while optimizing operational costs.
