The Government is seeking one source to provide the services required to support the JTT-Sr, aka Command System, Tactical Command System, Tactical AN/USC-62(V)1(C), AN/USC-62(V)2(C), AN/USC-62(V)3(C), AN/USC-62(V)4(C), AN/USC-62(V)5(C), AN/USC-62(V)6(C), AN/USC-62(V)7(C), AN/USC-62(V)8(C), AN/USC-62(V)9(C), AN/USC-62(V)10(C), AN/USC-62(V)11(C), AN/USC-62(V)12(C), AN/USC-62(V)13(C), AN/USC-62(V)14(C), AN/USC-62A(V)2(C), AN/USC-62A(V)11(C), and AN/USC-62A(V)14(C). The JTT-Sr was developed by Raytheon Systems Company (CAGE Code 00724), the sole source provider. Raytheon possesses detailed and complete technical data for the JTT-Sr. The Government does not have the JTT-Sr Technical Data Package. The source will be required to provide: (a) the production and delivery of the following items, (b) services (include inspect, repair, test and ship parts as well as provide telephone support to users). Describe your company’s experience in managing obsolescence issues. Does your company maintain a Program and Assessment Tool to monitor and analyze the availability of components to allow clear and precise tracking of all obsolescence issues? If so, please elaborate on the Program and Assessment tool(s). Describe your company’s experience in identifying the alternatives for the unavailability of obsolete materials or components to mitigate obsolescence issues. Discuss your company’s capability in meeting US Government delivery requirements for this specific product. Do you have product(s) or keep products in stock?
