The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Edgewood Division intends to issue a firm fixed price contract award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) for the purchasing software/hardware upgrade for a Government owned RAMAN Spectroscope from WiTec Instrument Corporation for used in continuing research efforts. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals; it is for information purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, parties with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond in writing. Deadline for submittals is 13 April 2020.
