**UPDATE: REQUEST ONE BUS TO BE ADA. **This requirement is for the Contractor to provide coach bus service (vehicles and drivers) to transport approximately 350, 2020 National Discussion participants ... **UPDATE: REQUEST ONE BUS TO BE ADA. **This requirement is for the Contractor to provide coach bus service (vehicles and drivers) to transport approximately 350, 2020 National Discussion participants from the Westchester Marriott Hotel, Tarrytown, NY to USMA on 2 and 3 April 2020, with varying times on 2 April 2020. See the attachments for additional details. The offeror's quote shall state if the delivery requirements can be met. Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, as this requirement is clearly definable and the risk of unsuccessful contract performance is considered to be minimal. The Government reserves the right to award to an offeror whose quote addresses all of the requirements and which is evaluated overall as technically acceptable. The Government intends to award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if it is later determined by the Contracting officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest and waives informalities and minor irregularities in the offers received.
