DESCRIPTION: The Army Contracting Command (ACC), Abderdeen Proving Ground (APG), on behalf of The United States Army, Electronic Proving Ground (EPG), is seeking information on capable business sources that can procure a replacement of Line Impedance Stabilization Network (LISN). SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide a LISN that can meet the following minimum capabilities Frequency range: Minimum < 9 kHz Maximum > 1 GHz Current Limit Continuous < 16 amps Peak (short duration) > 25 amps Max Voltage: > 250 V AC VSWR 9 kHz to 1 GHz < 1.25 Impedance: Sample port 50? (± 10 ?) Insertion loss ? 60dB Connectors: N-female, wing terminals This equipment is for the E3/Tempest Chamber at the Blacktail Canyon E3 Test Facility. This is a market survey for information only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualification of vendors who can support this requirement. The anticipated contract will be issued on a firm fixed price, lowest price technically acceptable, all or none basis. The Product Services Code is 6636 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510 this requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
