This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PANAPG-19-P-0000 014328 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 323111 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Awardee must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM) and must possess the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 1 June 2019 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time. FOB Destination shall be Natick, MA 01760. The provisions of FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. The Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) - Soldier Center, Expeditionary Maneuver Support Directorate (EMSD) requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: (see attached "IDIQ Product List"). Base Period of Performance: 07/01/2019 - 06/30/2022 This is a solicitation for a three year IDIQ contract to provide Stratasys 3D Printer Supplies. Offerors must submit their forward unit pricing for each year over the next three years at the proposed requirement levels (10 each per year). Offeror must be able to provide all products listed in the attached "IDIQ Product List". Responses to this solicitation should be directed to Luke.R.Renzoni.civ@mail.mil. Responses shall include all information addressed above. All information supplied will be considered confidential, unless otherwise specified by the business or available from other sources without restriction. Offerors shall submit one (1) electronic copy of their proposal in Microsoft Excel or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. No telephonic, facsimile or hardcopy responses to this solicitation will be considered. The Government does not intend to extend the dates for proposal submissions. Therefore Offerors should take care to heed the submission dates and submit their proposals in a timely manner. Proposals must be received no later than the established date and time at the location specified. Upon receipt, the proposals will be reviewed for completeness and compliance with the instructions contained herein. Proposals that are found to be non-compliant with the instructions, will be considered non-responsive and will NOT receive further consideration. The Contracting Officer will make the final award decision, and all Offerors will be notified of the decision. Offerors may request a debriefing at this time if they have not previously requested one.
