Sources Sought - Cross-Domain Capabilities
The U.S. Army PdM COMSEC is conducting market research and requirements refinement to identify mature COTS, GOTS, and near-term developmental cross-domain solutions. Proposed capabilities must align with NCDSMO “Raise the Bar” 5.1 or newer guidelines and support policy-enforced information exchange across fixed enterprise data centers, vehicle-mounted systems, expeditionary edge nodes with strict SWaP constraints, and commercial/government cloud environments up to IL5/IL6. Solutions must maintain secure, line-rate transfers across classification domains from Unclassified and SAB to higher enclaves while bridging High Threat Networks, internet-accessible segments, and multinational mission partner feeds. Required interoperability includes FVEY networks, CJADC2 federations, and coalition partners. Army leadership will use feedback to assess market readiness, validate integration feasibility, identify cyber and supply-chain vulnerabilities, and shape procurement and programmatic milestones for upcoming acquisitions.
