8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This is a contract to provide training and technical support for the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to ensure personnel can independently perform financial management tasks. The contractor must deliver remote-first user support as the primary method during core business hours. All support requests must be logged in a Government-approved tracking system.
