ASA(FM&C) has a need for a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Transportation Card Reconciliation Automation. The methods by which card transactions are reconciled and paid are completed within a specialized module within the Defense Travel System (DTS) or a paperbased manual process. The Army requires support to sustain its use of the complex system interfaces required to operate the DTS module and enable automation for current manual processes ineligible for DTS reconciliation. The Centrally Billed Account (CBA) Reconciliation is part of the DTS. See attached draft PWS and attached RFI for additional information.
