The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (June 2023). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238320 – Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. CONTRACTORS SHALL PROVIDE PRICING FOR THE FOLLOWING: DESIGN, ASSEMBLY, AND INSTALLATION OF 2 COMMANDER’S BOARDS REQUIREMENT: 1. Please See Attached Purchase Description for details and requirements. 2. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Installation shall be complete 30 days from award of contract. 3. Please provide a technical quote, along with the CLIN pricing breakout for each item in the purchase description. 4. We also request any documentation to assist in the fair and reasonable price determination. Documents may include published price list, past invoices, or rates proposed on a previous competitive contract. Vendors MUST be registered in www.sam.gov.
