The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, sections 1708 and 1708(c)(4), and FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services to Harris Corporation, located at 221 Jefferson Ridge Parkway, Lynchburg, VA 24501. The performance requirements may be found in the attached PWS, titled “PWS for Ft. Riley LMR Maintenance Support.” The contract will consist of a 12-month base period beginning 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, four 12-month options in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and the 6-month (not to exceed) Option to Extend Services in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Any responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that they are capable of performing these services without any compromise to existing warranties. All responsible sources may submit capabilities which reflect the responsible source has the capabilities to complete this requirement as a whole. This requirement will not be split apart and will be awarded as a complete requirement. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received.
