This survey is published in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, (Market Research). The purpose of this survey is to locate potential sources to provide supplies and services for AN/TSQ-179D(V)2 Tactical Ground Station (TGS). There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. Requirements Description: This is a market survey to locate potential sources to provide for supplies and services for AN/TSQ-179D(V)2 Tactical Ground Station (TGS) related to the Distributed Common Ground System Army (DCGS-A) Enabled Tactical Ground Station (DE-TGS) (type designations AN/TSQ-179C(V)2 and AN/TSQ-179D(V)2). DCGS-A, the Army’s primary capability for posting, processing and distributing real time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) information to intelligence analysts and commanders. TGS allows intelligence analysts to comb through millions of classified and unclassified records and within moments inform commanders about changes taking place around them. Per FAR Part 10, periodic market research is required to determine if there are other suitable sources that can satisfy the Government’s requirements. The source must be capable of providing services such as inspection and test; repairing unserviceable parts and procurement of spares parts.
