Solicitation Amendment 2 The purpose for this amendment is to incorporate the following: Revised #1 SOO dated 13 July 2022 Extend Prposal Due Date to 19 August 2022 The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed w ith an electronic PDF scanned copy with the signature of an official authorized personnel to bind the company in accordance w ith FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknow ledged by all Offerors in accordance with the instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation. PRE-SOLICITATION MAINTENANCE/REPAIR ROOFS, BUILDING 61701 Work Order Number FEM00014-5J This procurement will be issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses (SB) through RFP procedures under FAR 15 and other FAR Parts and Subparts as applicable. This requirement is for Maintenance/Repair Roofs, Building 61701 located at Fort Huachuca, AZ under Work Order- No. FEM00014-5J, RFP No. PANAPG-22-P-0000016509. The contractor shall provide design/build services and furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, fees, licenses necessary to “Maintenance/Repair Roofs”, located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, unless specifically stated otherwise. A non-specific statement of work for this repair project has been provided. The contractor shall prepare a more detailed scope of work outlining their Contract Execution Overview, to include their technical approach, labor hours, materials/equipment, self-performance/sub-contractor, and tentative schedule. The contractor shall field verify the area of work before submitting their SOW and proposal. DA Pamphlet 385-1, NFPA-70, Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3A), and pertinent UFC are referenced in this effort. The tentative date for issuing the RFP is on or around Wednesday, 06 July 2022; with proposals due 30 calendar days later on-or-around Thursday, 04 August 2022 (the RFP will state the exact time/date that proposals are due). The anticipated contract award date is approximately 15 calendar days or less after receipt of proposals. The Contract Performance Period is 120 working days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location of the work is at the Barnes Field House at Fort Huachuca, AZ. NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction is applicable to this RFP solicitation and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 M. The Construction Cost Range for this project (Magnitude of Construction) is between $500,000 and $800,000. A cut-off time/date for receipt of questions will be established and listed on the solicitation notice on SAM.gov. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded. Note: Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Cochise County, AZ will apply. The Government intends to award (1) one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation. It is determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to use lowest price technically acceptable source selection process for this requirement.
