We require detailed descriptive information on all bids. Quote/Proposal shall be received electronically via e-mail not later than 03:00 P.M. MST (Arizona), on 22 September 2021. The Fujitsu Network ring is used to provide network connectivity throughout Fort Bliss and up to White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). The original factory warranty has expired. This is to continue with an annual Maintenance and Support contract for Fujitsu support to ensure timely repair and replacement of failed equipment and ongoing software updates and on-site technical support to keep the Fujitsu ring operational. There are multiple critical circuits that ride the Fujitsu ring. The equipment to be covered under the Fujitsu Maintenance Support includes the following Network Equipment: 11 - FW 4100ES 2 - FW 4500 (OC-48) The Services to be provided under the Fujitsu Maintenance Support includes: - Remote Technical Assistance - Software Maintenance and Upgrade Subscription - Advanced Hardware Replacement (Next Business Day)
